Hospital told not to report coronavirus deaths? DOH probing allegation

DOH released a memo dated March 13 saying that '... hospitals and other healthcare facilities are prohibited to report/or release information... prior to the reporting of such by first, Department of Health (DOH), and second, the Local Government Unit'.
