If you have a vitamin deficiency, then yes definitely take the vitamins.

Vitamins are only for the use of not being able to eat the actual foods that have those vitamins & minerals in it. If you aren’t able to eat salmon for the fish oil, then take the supplement. Never take the Vitamins in replacement of the real thing.

Perspective | Don’t throw away your vitamin D supplements yetAlthough there’s debate about whether higher dosages prevent diseases, most Americans still aren’t getting enough of this important nutrient. Here in Oregon, we were never planning to throw them away. Oh, come on. Stop sensationalizing. One day something is good for you and the next day it’s bad, then it’s good again. That’s why I just take what I want regardless of studies. 🤷🏼‍♀️
