James Martin issues health update following cancer battle

The TV chef, 51, has previously had surgery to remove facial cancer after his first diagnosis in 2018.

The TV star berated crew working on his food show James Martin's Spanish Adventure, with the extraordinary tape leaked to The Sun. The abusive rant which happened during the production of his show, James Martin's Saturday Morning, took place on a heated Zoom call in 2018 – the same year he had surgery for his cancer.In November James gave an update on his health during a tour date at Liverpool's Philharmonic Hall.

'I will be back fighting at the end of February but I'm going on a little bit of a break to get that sorted.'
