James Martin has given fans a rare glimpse into his health journey during Monday's episode of Lorraine, where he also debuted an unexpected accessory on TV for the first time.
James, 51, responded with positive news: "Yes, the stitches have fallen out, as you know, the last time you were on, I was in the middle of operations. As we speak, the stitches have fallen out of my body at the moment and that's all clear, onwards and upwards!" Previously, James had opened up about his battle with facial cancer and the surgeries he's undergone. Last year he told fans: "Since then it has returned on several occasions and I have to have regular treatments."
The TV chef also shared details of his upcoming tour, although he admitted he isn't sure what will be included. James expressed: "People always ask me, what the tour is all about and I don't quite know myself even after four tours! It's a bit of everything... if you think it's a Saturday morning show it's not!
