What are the reasons for the increasing number of cases of medical negligence? Are professionals overworked, are they exhausted? It can't be lack of experience is it? Not lack of qualifications, I doubt it When goverment lowers the standard of education and pass mark requirements you end up with poorly educated people who are not qualified to do the work, then malpractice happens.
