Researchers studied data from more than 104,000 participants from 2009 to 2021.

According to the North American Meat Institute, nitrite "blocks the growth of botulism-causing bacteria and prevents spoilage. Nitrite also gives cured meats their characteristic color and flavor.".

Based on this tweet a logical person might think Seattle Foxnews would do a story on why the American meat producers are saying 🖕😎🖕to the American public, but that is not what Fascists do.
