PHILIP Scofield has told Matt Hancock it's “utterly bonkers' one person can only see one parent at a time.

In a heated clash, the 58-year old had asked about the new rule saying you could meet with people from outside your house if you kept your distance.“When you look at family, I can understand the regulations very clearly with social distance.After the senior minister insisted he could see both, Philip asked: "Does that mean I can see my parents ten minutes part?"The exasperated hosted replied: “Don’t you see that that’s utterly bonkers.”"You’ve got to set a line somewhere.
