NEW YORK - When Hartmut Braune comes to work in security communications at SAP, he never knows what emergency will land in his inbox.
“It’s the difficult part, but sometimes tears help clear the situation,” said Braune, who is based in Germany. My corp employer had strict rules that only HR & Direct Mgmt would be advised of any “approved” mental health time-off. If fellow employees were heard even speculating mental health vs physical health = grounds for termination. Many knee, hip, back surgeries 🤦♀️
All changes have significant need for aligned cultural change at work or in society otherwise there is no positivity as humans naturally resist change inherently. Outcome realisation truly measures the benefit of change.
I would agree if I saw any healthy mental abilities in today’s intelligence!
