How is the lack of education a problem? The internet is accessed by young people and the information is easily found. Sitting in a classroom is going to change anything? Young people have poor judgement they benefit from guidance from their parents and responsible adults.

Reduced access to healthcare? You can literally find condoms at corner stores for 25 cents and there are tons of places that hand them out for free. Scratch that reason from your caption and put lack of sexual education.
So happy to see this. Recent studies had shown today's youth less likely to fight, use drugs, drink, have sex, or participate in risky activities than previous generations. A completely risk averse generation would have bad consequences for our society.
