A’Ibom NMA crisis has been resolved

UYO – CHAIRMAN of the Nigerian Medical Association, Akwa Ibom State Branch, Prof Emem Abraham has disclosed that the leadership crisis that rocked the association has been resolved.

She also noted that the national leadership in its resolution passed a vote of confidence on her leadership and lifted the suspension of the Secretary, Dr Useneobong Morgan, adding that the Dr Morgan and other members of the association implicated in the crisis were however, referred to the disciplinary committee set up by the State Executive Committee.

“The delegation spent three days here in the state and they met with all parties involved in the crisis and the elders in the medical profession in Akwa Ibom State.
