The Health 202: Democrats are encouraging changes to vaccination laws as measles outbreak grows

Trump’s previous position on vaccines is just one more big point of difference between him and any of the Democratic contenders he may face in the 2020 election.requiring students at public or private schools and childcare centers to be vaccinated against 10 communicable diseases unless they obtained a medical exemption. The law did away with a personal exemption allowing parents to opt their kids out of vaccinations for any reason.

California, West Virginia and Mississippi are the only states without religious exemptions to getting vaccinated. Seventeen states allow personal or philosophical exemptions., state lawmakers in New Jersey, New York, Iowa, Maine and Vermont have proposed eliminating religious exemptions, and a Washington state lawmaker wants to tighten the state’s personal exemption.

Gael Jesus Pino Alva, 2, was the first patient treated with the new gene therapy developed at St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital and UCSF Benioff Children’s Hospital in San Francisco. “It’s a game changer,” said pediatric immunologist Jennifer Hemall of Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, who was not involved in the study. “For immunologists following this disease, gene therapy has always been out there as the hope of the future. It’s exciting to see this wave of treatments actually becoming a reality.”

DEMAND a same batch extra vial when getting a vaccine so you can have it analyzed if adverse reactions arise

They are the ones who wanted to stop vaccinations - what’s up?

When I was little you had to be vaccinated to go to school! Most of these stupid parents were vaccinated! I guess they don’t care enough about their own children to protect them!

Dnt focus to hard that an religion are tied to close.

Religious (or any) exemptions are inappropriate if they cause harm to others, which exemptions from vaccines clearly do.

POTUS has said over and over that he believes that pre-existing conditions should not disqualify anyone from health plans. My whish list that can get support on bothsides.. 1. Fix or update current government hospitals 2. Fix or update the VA system 3.
