Schools nationwide are becoming more aggressive at turning away unvaccinated students as the U.S. grapples with a rise in measles cases

Birmingham Public Schools in Michigan recently told families with students at Derby Middle School that students who are unvaccinated against measles have to stay out of school for 21 days after one child was diagnosed with the disease.

And so they should, as Spock said the benefits of the few don't out way the benefits of the many. Maybe its the other way around don't let them infect your children.

None too soon. MMR Vaccination & TB Tine test MUST also be made mandatory for ALL Illegals entering US.

Don't go out into the public. There is no reason not to get vaccinated.

I hope they allow those who can't get vaccinated. Those who can't and those who don't are totally different.

That's bcz DemocratCulturalMarxism Vaccines dont work. Why else would vaccinated kids catch the measles...js

All unvaccinated children must be turned away no more court vouchers!

Ridiculous, those vaccinated are immune.

They can home school if not vaccinated. The non vaccinated kids shouldn’t be exposed to children that have been. The vaccinated kid might be carrying it? Then the unvaccinated kid gets the measles. Why make them sick? Unnecessarily?

Start suing the parents and send them the bills for doctors and medications

Seems hateful and prejudiced

Just a FUD pushed by big pharma, another BS

Took long enough

Decisions have consequences. Saying no to vax? Just know you’re saying no to public school as well. If someone has bad eye sight and they refuse to wear corrective lenses, they’re also saying no to driving. Read the anger the anti-vax kids have at their parents - compelling.

As they should. Ignorant people should not be allowed to put their child or others at risk. My mother contracted German measles in the 1950’s, before vaccinations, while she was pregnant with my brother. He was born blind due to cararacts. The risks to the unborn are documented.

Good. Let the parents home school them.

Home school. It’s what you anti-vaxers prefer, anyway.🙄

The US descending into a third world country or what?

FoxNews CNN GOP NYGovCuomo realDonaldTrump Protecting health of our children is Right answer. Turning away illegal's is RIGHT answer.

If you don’t vaccinate your child that’s your choice, just don’t expect to send them to a public school. Home school your child.

Right thing to do, or force them to buy insurance to cover the medical cost if their kids get the disease and make other kids sick.

I am certain that someway, somehow, this is illegal.

Good. They only put children who cannot be vaccinated because the parents are being dumb.

Duh. I don't want you killing my child by having your child spreading a preventable disease.

It’s about time

Good. These idiots are messing with the species.

Orthodox Jewish yeshivas banned from sending unvaccinated students to school in New YorkThe New York City Department of Health said yeshivas in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, that do not comply will face violations and possible closure. Somehow, I think it has more to do with public safety and disease control than religion... but sure, let's emphasize the religion part because that's what makes people angry and riot.
