The trio are Saloni Kantaria, an entrepreneur from Kenya, Lesotho–born Tshepo Nkhabu who founded “Hands of Life”, and professional kite surfer, Mitu Monteiro from Sal in Cape Verde.
Saloni Kantaria is a former competitive tennis player, lawyer and studio instructor who founded the first indoor boutique and fitness studio in Nairobi known as “Reform Cycling and Strength Studio”. He inspired Kenyans to embrace the culture of physical fitness as a way of stimulating the development of its human capital. She is an epitome of courage and strength on account of her contributions towards the improvement of the health of families in her native Kenya.
The second athlete, Tshepo Nkhabu, is the founder of a cycling organization called “Hands of Life”. Tshepo founded the organization at the age of sixteen with a conviction that “giving is the mother of all successes.” The organization has given youths a positive outlet to express their talents and leadership skills under a conducive atmosphere.
The third guest on the programme is Mitu Monteiro from Sal in Cape Verde. A professional Kite Surfer, Mitu surfs one of the most legendary waves in the world named Teapuhoo which is located in Tahiti. Due to his inability to raise money to buy straps, he pioneered strapless surfing and through the sport, he has successfully launched his community on the global scene.
