Daily 15-minute exercise sessions in ministries soon

He said under this programme, to be called ‘X-Break’, every ministry will be required to hold exercise sessions for their staff, either in the mornings or evenings. “Some ministries are already doing it, but we will provide a guideline for all,” he told reporters after launching the ‘Big Walk’ active lifestyle campaign here today.

The 15min should not take the normal office hours. It is already short with early closure and many tea breaks already. In MOH, it takes longer to see medical attendants for special test (ecg, stress tests, hotler, etc) than to see a specialist. Why
