You are likely a caregiver if you answered yes to any of those questions. Caregivers can be family members, friends, neighbors, or have any other type of relationship with someone.It’s important for caregivers to keep their own physical and mental health in mind. Being a caregiver is hard—and being a caregiver for someone with dementia is even more challenging.

Make a list of all of the things that you do in a day for yourself and the person you are caring for.
