"Everything's been positive," Taylor said of Burrow's recovery. "If everything's on track, everything's on track. Matt Summers and our staff there, Nick Cosray works with a lot of the rehab guys. They do a real good job, full confidence in them and full confidence that the players are giving them what they need to give them. Really as a whole our rehab, everybody's been on track and hear positive reports on the pace that we think they need to be on.
Higgins was not seen in the 30 minutes open to the media in the locker room that non-offensive and defensive linemen are using while the main locker room is being renovated, but it wouldn't be surprising for him not to be there after the team placed the franchise tag on him back in March and his agent quickly requested a trade. Higgins did tell area media at his youth camp in Loveland on Sunday that he anticipates playing for the Bengals in the 2024 season.
