‘Having an effect’: King Charles feeling ‘frustrated’ amid cancer treatment

A royal expert has claimed a “frustrated” King Charles III is raring to get back to front-facing duties as he continues his cancer treatment which is understandably “having an effect” on the monarch given his age.
