Mobile paramedic mom charged with giving teens alcohol, vapes, and medical treatments According to the Mobile CO. Sheriff's Office, on February 14, 2024, the Mobile County Sheriff’s Office was contacted about a mother who was supplying underage kids with alcohol. The witnesses stated that a mother was supplying her teenage kid and his friends with alcohol and vapes while they were staying at her residence. Witnesses also stated she allowed the use of marijuana while they were there.
On March 13, 2024, Jessica Ulmer DOB 04/05/1981 was arrested and charged with three counts of Reckless Endangerment.During the investigation it was learned that Jessica also administered intramuscular shot injections for nausea as well as IV saline fluids to the teens.
