We heard from Kyle Backlund who has adopted a plant-focused diet. For a long time he'd been in the habit of eating meat at many meals, and when he cut back he felt a drop in his energy level when he exercised.
Kyle says he is now feeling good on his plant-focused diet."Every meal that we have is delicious and I'm fully on board," Backlund says.
