Lisa Foster, from Meir Park, covered 317 miles from Stoke-on-Trent to Fife, to raise awareness of pancreatic cancer in memory of her mother.
Her destination was Kirkcaldy Fire Station, where a memorial tree is planted in honour of Mrs Bruce, who worked as a nurse.Ms Foster has so far raised more than £3,600 for the Pancreatic Cancer UK charity She said she was also lifted by people beeping their car horns as they drove past, and by those making donations via an online fundraising page.
