THE attorney-general should drop the murder charge against Vietnamese woman Doan Thi Huong if he is of the view that North Korea had a hand in Kim Jong-nam’s assassination, said Bukit Gelugor MP Ramkarpal Singh. Ramkarpal, who is also the DAP national legal bureau chairman, said the refusal of Attorney-General Tommy Thomas to withdraw the murder charge against Doan after releasing her Indonesian co-accused, Siti Aisyah, just two days ago was “mind boggling and raises questions about the powers of the A-G”.
