Just another agency to make jobs for buddies

Complex issue. The LHINS seem to be a bureaucratic money sucking vortex. But wouldn’t one super agency just be the same thing with a different name? I would think more money should be spent at the front line level especially for senior care. More nurses, more PSWs.
