Complex issue. The LHINS seem to be a bureaucratic money sucking vortex. But wouldn’t one super agency just be the same thing with a different name? I would think more money should be spent at the front line level especially for senior care. More nurses, more PSWs.

It’s not the hospital its stupid PEOPLE who like to go into the ER for minor issues. Been there. I had a lovely 2 day stay in the hallways of Credit Valley in 2010.
