I think it's time we eat all dieticians with a side of vegetarians. I'd probably throw the vegan away, no one likes a vegan...

DrMichaelMosley Is that where you don't eat for 2 days/week. Someone claims to have invented that?!

DrMichaelMosley There's no secret to weight loss. Exercise more, eat less, have a balanced diet. It's that simple 👍

DrMichaelMosley Most of what you tell us is also wrong.

DrMichaelMosley Well I can only go on experience. I started this diet in Sept last year and have lost 38 pounds. More importantly I am now in control of the food I eat rather than the other way round. It has literally changed my life

DrMichaelMosley

DrMichaelMosley Talking about diets constantly (numerous programmes on tv) whilst 1000s of foodbanks spring up across the country, homelessness huge issue, austerity increasing not ending and it's no wonder you aren't trusted. Cognitive dissonance in this country is entrenched by media.

DrMichaelMosley People should only really eat when they're hungry. But we've been programmed to have 3 meals a day and told it's normal. I for one never have breakfast unless I'm working from home (2 x a week) And I sometimes skip dinner and settle for a fruit salad cause I'm not hungry

DrMichaelMosley The 5:2 diet is actually invented by Prophet Muhammad peace be upon him 1400 years ago. He thought his followers to fast on monday and thursday. FunFact

DrMichaelMosley No one who has made 30 programmes for the BBC can be taken seriously.

DrMichaelMosley Including his stupid diet. Infavt most of vote we are told by the govt and experts is wrong.

DrMichaelMosley Simple. LiveWell. If you eat more calories than you burn, you gain weight. If you burn more calories than you eat, you get thinner. And I cannot read your article.

DrMichaelMosley Don't take diet advice from someone who eats chocolate and biscuits

DrMichaelMosley eat less calories and shit food and exercise its that simple

Fast 800 diet: How YOU could lose up to a stone in three weeksDr Michael Mosley has made changes to the original 5:2 diet to make it easier to stick to. On the new plan you can choose whether to fast track and spend two weeks on 800 calories a day, or ease in. Yet another advertising feature by the Daily Mail. Why are you helping to sell his books. A Doctor of what?. If you are using the title Doctor to try and stamp authority on the story at least have the courtesy to explain what type of doctor he is.

Open borders, free movement and Ebola Seeing as it is so hard to tell when the Daily Mail is reporting actual news or just hyperbole I shall move on and wait for this to be reported by a respectable outlet 🙏🏻💐
