When I asked Janet if there was anything else she felt you should hear right now, this is what she said to me. “I know a nurse who is just getting started in their career as an RN. And the worst part of the job right now isn’t working short, mandatory overtime or cancelled vacations. It’s the way people are treating the ones who are struggling to care for them as best as they can.
