The only target this government could hit is if they set a target to miss every target.

CHECK MENTAL HEALTH OF DEMORATS ! LOOKS UNSTABLE TO PERFORM DUTIES !

Strange, the European job applications seem to have taken a nosedive and loan funded nursing degrees not causing much excitement. Plenty more points I could make about recruitment and retention, obvious points to anyone in the NHS for the last 10 years.

raj_psyc Important reminder here of the need for long-term mental health service workforce planning and development of new opportunities and career paths as well as immediate need to recruit and retain to deliver five year forward view plans

Mental health care to get waiting-time targets under 10-year NHS planExtra funding pledged to close the gap with treatment for physical illnesses I read this as mental health care to get waiting times under 10 years. Prove me wrong. How many announcements have we heard on mental health from government? I’ve lost count and nothing seems to be getting any better for those in crisis or those picking up the pieces of an underfunded NHS. Great, I’m sure there’ll be funding to ensure these are achievable
