Lacy says that lactose and fructose can also cause gas and bloating. “Common offenders are liquids that contain fructose or high-fructose corn syrup, including juice, sports drinks, energy drinks, and sodas,” he says.

Not a doctor but bloating can be caused from a lot of things such as diet, IBS, lactose intolerance, reflux, constipation, obstruction, bacteria by product, regular checks for preventative treatment is better then a cure.🙂
