As he started his speech, the president said his wife, first Lady Jill Biden, warned him, "Joe, don't get emotional."The legislation, the Honoring our Promise to Address Comprehensive Toxics Act, was passed by Congress after years of advocacy by veterans.
Thank God it was Trump who overhauled the VA. The Choice Act allows Vets to go outside of VA for care. Reduces wait time. Also, he changed it so administrators who are failing at there job, to be fired.
