My Dad died from early onset ENDALZ & I never left home so I can help my parents! Been there, done it! My Mom also battled cancer. She died. Supposedly red Swiss chard helped those w cancer. 🤷‍♀️

If that's so keep Alkaseltzer handy too....brussels sprouts are big gas producers 😁😁
