Muhammad Khan has been sent for mental health treatment after he approached the Queen's coffin.

A man who was suffering from delusions when he approached the Queen's coffin as she lay in state has been sent to a mental health facility.

Mr Khan, from Limehouse in east London, was assessed by psychiatrists as not fit to take part in legal proceedings. Mr Khan was seen by officers to step off the carpet in the direction of the catafalque, and grab hold of the Royal Standard draped over the coffin, before he was detained and arrested. As he was removed from the scene, Mr Khan told one officer he "wanted to see if she was really dead", the court heard.

To be honest they did lie about the queen being dead for several hours saying she was unwell when she was already dead. I know why they did that but a lie is a lie, how can you expect the public to believe liars?

Hershel is that you?

What a shame… I hope he gets the right help to get balanced again. I’m sure that there where quite a few people who were a bit destabilised by the whole occasion.
