Obamacare was designed to be gov’t/employer/insurance centric. We need a system which is doctor/patient centric.
The judge was correct just not about which law was unconstitutional. The original Affordable Care Act is constitutional. The law that was past later that removes the tax penalty from that law is what is unconstitutional and should be struck down.
A bit late to be reporting on this since enrollment has since finished (Saturday 15th Dec). Such reporting as seen on Friday is so irresponsible, reckless and probably adversely affected enrollment.
obamacare is govt controlled, massive spending, subsidies-welfare program healthcare, w/c our nation n ppl cannot afford. its a failed experiment in socialism. we americans want less govt, less taxes, individual freedoms n liberties, free markets, excellence, innovations.
