Nikki_deboer The judge ruled Trump's version unconstitutional, meaning the original ACA is still in place.

ACA has much going for it, ie children staying on insurance till 26, past illness covered. However it's expensive. Democrats, with Republican help, need to fix. Medicare for all is not the answer. I don't believe universal health care is the answer either. Competition is good.

Nikki_deboer That Texas Courts are not Federal, and do not have jurisdiction to make Federal Law. So when this is challenged at appeals it won't be so easy for the other ideas to uphold.
