Irish singing sensation Imelda May has regrettably had to cancel the French leg of her self-titled tour.Imelda released a statement about the cancellation via social media earlier today, leading to fans becoming concerned for her health.

Unfortunately due to illness, the tour will be postponed to a later date that we will communicate to you as soon as possible," she penned.
"Your tickets are still valid for the rescheduled tour. Ticket holders wishing for a refund are advised to contact their point of purchase.The statement drew messages of love and concern from her audience. "Sending all my love - take it easy beautiful woman, and glad you're listening to doctor's advice and taking care of your precious self," wrote one.The outpouring of support and concern prompted Imelda to leave an additional statement on her page to soothe the minds of any worried fans."It's what I call 'road rot.'
