It will be an unmitigated disaster due to ANC govt ineptitude & corruption

COSATU left it too late when it don't pressurise the ANC on the likely economic model for the country in the pre-94 negotiations when its input was deliberately ignored.

Look at current health services in the Eastern Cape. It is a view of the level of care that will be delivered under NHI. The theory is commendable, the practical execution in SA will be a disaster like every intitiative and SOE controlled by government.

Sadly it’s never going to work in SA. And I, as a patient, don’t want it! It’s going to be worse than ever. The SA Government can’t run a tap, but now want me to trust them with my health?!?!
