'Nobody’s going to say it’s an easy job to do and I don’t know if a reshuffle would make things any better,' one healthcare worker said.

Leo Varadkar is due to replace Micheál Martin as Taoiseach in December and the coalition leaders will then play a game of musical chairs with ministers.

Several Fianna Fáil TDs have privately said that they are unhappy with Mr Donnelly’s performance and expressed hope that he would be replaced - with Mayo TD Dara Calleary seen as a serious contender., Minister Donnelly said that it was “no secret” that he would like to continue as Minister for Health, describing the job as “the greatest professional honour of my life”.“I think the healthcare system is doing a good job.

“At least when someone’s in the job they have more of a chance to do things. If we reshuffle or get a new minister they’re going to… start from scratch. “So I don’t think it’s going to make much of a difference regardless if there’s a new or old Minister for Health.”Out in his Wicklow constituency, his neighbours were more positive about his performance:“I think he should stay on a while and maybe get some things done but I would like to see if Simon Harris could get that position back. She gave him a mark of six out of 10.

In May 2020, scientists at Trinity asked Stephen Donnely to recommend Vitamin D supplementation due to their finding of a strong link between Vitamin D deficiency and increased risk of death from Covid. He ignored them, and people died as a result:

Has he ever been questioned on ties to big pharma in his previous job role? Given the overwhelming profits that were made by pharma as a direct result of his ineffective policies and clearly dubious decisions to vaccinate a cohort who had a higher risk from vaccines than covid?

9 of of 10. He helped get this country through a pandemic while members of an opposition party attended a Provo funeral.

He hasn't done any job well thus far

Its not the ease of the job, its ones ability to do it and donnelly cant do it. Neither can any other person who is elected in a popularity contest with no qualifications.

An 8 out of 10 give over hahaha

Long COVID will 'bring health service to it's knees' without urgent actionLong COVID is going to bring the Irish health service to its knees without urgent action from Government - Independent TD Denis Naughten. That's a good one. The health service is already on its back due to corruption. The more the government gets involved the more crippled it becomes. Nothing to do with the jab then. Do people in their 20s and 30s drop dead from “long Covid”? Another fictional thing will bring down the health service this winter.
