John Winer, Senior Managing Director & CIO of Seavest Healthcare Properties, said the company enjoyed “working with the Daniel team, and look forward to continuing our partnership.” Daniel, along with Seavest, developed Grandview Physicians Plaza I in 2015, an eight-story, 207,588 square foot POB located between Grandview Medical Center and Grandview Physicians Plaza II. Grandview Physicians Plaza I is 99 percent leased, according to Daniel Corp.
