Parliament's ethics committee clears Zweli Mkhize of breaching MPs' code of conduct over Digital Vibes

“In respect of part 1 above, the committee noted that in order for an MP to be held liable for a benefit that a family member is alleged to have received, the family member must fit within the definition of immediate family member as defined in the code of ethical conduct and disclosure of members’ interests for assembly and permanent council members,” wrote advocate Anthea Gordon, the ethics committee’s acting registrar.

The committee said Mkhize’s son was an adult, married individual who is not financially dependent on him.

To even use ANC and ethics in one sentence is far fetched.

The ANC is a law unto themselves. Judge jury and executioner. They see no evil; they speak no evil; they do no evil. There just is no consequences to their greed and appetite for corruption ……

What “ethics” ?

That is a joke! A tender was issued in a department under the authority of the father. The tender was given to people close to the father. The son illegally benefited from that tender. SIU report implicated the father, the son and the mother. Now parliament see nothing wrong!!

Clearly, this anc harbors and protects criminals. THE CONCLUSION THAT THE ANC IS SIMPLY NOT ABLE TO GOVERN IS INESCAPABLE. The anc is our enemy and must be overthrown for our country and people to live peaceful prosperous lives. They don't care.
