They are overjoyed

A family from Drogheda are overjoyed as their fundraiser to support their daughter's care has hit over €100k in donations.

Due to Amelia's worsening condition, caring for her and adapting things for her can come at a great cost. John Paul's sister Ashley set up a GoFundMe, which you can check out here. Her medical needs will become more complex as the disease progresses, and the fundraiser has raised €114 thousand, which the family are so grateful for.

"Amelia herself is keeping well she is still attending school which is fantastic. As you can see from her photo she is still happy and smiling . We love that smile and will continue to do everything we can to keep it there on her beautiful face."
