The Kwara State chapter of the Nigerian Medical Association has called for the release of its member, Dr Zubair Erubu, who was abducted on Thursday night

DAILY POST had reported that Dr Erubu was abducted on his way home to Ago-Oja, in the Asa Local Government Area of the state.The NMA, in a statement issued on Monday by its Chairman, Prof. Baba Issa, appealed to the Kwara State Government and the security agencies to work individually and collectively to ensure the safe release of Erubu to his family.

Part of the statement read: “Dr Erubu practices Medicine with diligence and most of his practices at his private Fadima Clinic.
