Former deputy health minister Dr Lee Boon Chye says there should be automatic vaccine registration for eligible citizens.
Commenting on the national recovery plan outlined by Prime Minister Muhyiddin Yassin yesterday, the Gopeng MP and PKR health spokesman said not enough emphasis was placed on vaccinating the population as quickly as possible. “When the percentage of people given the vaccine increases, the number of new cases will decrease and the number of patients requiring treatment in the ICU will decrease,” he said in a statement today.
