getting of there arses and going out to play games etc could do the same

I see children with electric scooters and little electric bikes etc...or they're sitting playing on virtual scate boards in front of TV. How about you makes them burn off actual calories whilst out playing. Burn off more than they take in, it isn't rocket science.

Look how bloody expensive they are!! Now this article just added 20p a pot to the greedy manufacturers. Anything healthy in this country come with a premium price tag- anything crap, pennies
