The clip has been was shared to Mr Trump's 84 million Twitter followers. and has been viewed more than 17 million times on Facebook.
"I wasn't making claims," Mr Trump said of the tweet."It's the recommendations of many other people including doctors."

Hydroxychloroquine has done very well in treating those with no underlying health conditions. Where it fails is with those with previous illnesses who do tend to die from covid and the hydro doesn't help. This is what is being investigated now.
