Sydneysiders ignore NSW Health warnings to avoid crowds | sarah_keoghan

Despite the park enforcing social distancing upon entry, hundred of patrons were lined up shoulder-to-shoulder to enter the second session on Saturday.

Hundreds of Sydneysiders also took advantage of the sunny weather, exercising at the Bay Run in the inner-west.for walkers, runners and cyclists to stay away from the Bay Run after a number of complaints around a lack of social distancing. More than 60 people were partying at the house at Nottingham Street in Schofields when police arrived just before midnight following a noise complaint. The maximum number of guests allowed at a home is 20 under the Public Health Order. With thousands of students set to return to school on Monday, Transport Minister Andrew Constance also warned there is a risk associated with travelling on public transport.

sarah_keoghan People only take it seriously when someone close to them dies.

sarah_keoghan SUNLIGHT kills c19

sarah_keoghan

sarah_keoghan Media just trying to scare people, its the indoor closed atmosphere where it transmits quickly.

sarah_keoghan No evidence of transmission in fresh air and sunshine. The virus is waiting for you indoors, in poorly ventilated, congregant ‘settings’, whatever they are. Show evidence of transmission outside, in fresh air and sunshine if you want people to give a rats. COVID19Aus

sarah_keoghan Just like the good old USA

sarah_keoghan In the past 3 months we have learnt a lot more about transmission and exposure. We now know COVID is more likely to be transmitted as an aerosol which is why transmission outside is rare. Transmission in bars and home gatherings is the issue. stayoutside

LyndaFrench19 sarah_keoghan If this were Vic, it would be Dan's fault. Is Gladys taking responsibility for these crowds, no masks. Where's the Press calling her out.

sarah_keoghan nothing has changed in Sydney since March, Many Sydneysiders are a law unto themselves and are the experts on every subject, just ask them.

sarah_keoghan What are the relative dangers of outside crowds moving around versus inside crowds in a confined space?

sarah_keoghan Mosman local. The amount of people at Balmoral was insane. No social distancing and if you asked people to adhere to that, pushback. I just don’t understand.

sarah_keoghan its called living.

sarah_keoghan Dickheads everywhere 😕

sarah_keoghan Far out, they certainly aren't the locals. It's people going there from the 'burbs'. Same thing is happening at Balmoral. The locals understand that it's a beautiful place to visit, but it's not the time. Stay local and stay safe.

sarah_keoghan They are protesting. Wake up.

sarah_keoghan When will people learn and a party of 60 people is just disgusting

sarah_keoghan Lockdowns are fun’ked up😬.

sarah_keoghan Ok photos with long lenses at that angle are insanely stupid. The image in Hyde park those people would be 10m apart. Really what a joke.

sarah_keoghan Mass round up Forced Quarantine for FOUR WEEKS Many State Forest's NEED cleaning up. Rubbish for a young fit energetic Work detail. Fresh air & Space to social distance. Whilst doing a great public good

sarah_keoghan Stupid is as stupid does.

sarah_keoghan Sydney siders are as stupid as Melbournites. What more can be said.

sarah_keoghan

sarah_keoghan Sure the Sydneysiders that weren't on Bondi Beach decided to take a trip to Mudgee this weekend.

sarah_keoghan What’s the actual probability of Dying of COVID and where does it stack up against other viruses?

sarah_keoghan typical

sarah_keoghan Back to square one with hysterical media reports. We have more chance of getting an honest politician than catching the virus outdoors.

sarah_keoghan Seriously if thats the worst that can find, good job Sydneysiders

sarah_keoghan They will blame Victoria of course

sarah_keoghan Sydneysiders did the right thing and got the numbers to almost zero. Gladys should have closed the border with Vic sooner. Now we are being punished for Vics fuckup

sarah_keoghan Blaming Victorians was so last week hey? Time to blame us selfish city folk.

sarah_keoghan Fines need to be increased or even a bit of gaol time. Current fines are of the order of speeding tickets. Irresponcible ISO behaviour can lead to the deaths of thousands.

sarah_keoghan If they’re avoiding crowds, surely it’s ok if they ignore NSW Health?

sarah_keoghan Oh FFS, SMH, it's not ok to go for a walk at the beach but it's ok to go to a pub with 300 other people?

sarah_keoghan Back to shaming people for safe behaviour are we? Transmission is very rare outdoors. saferoutside

sarah_keoghan Wear a mask people. I just heard about a 140 year old NSW resident with Parkinson’s, cardiovascular disease, chicken pox and worst-of-all, herpes who died today from COVID-19.

sarah_keoghan This is a vile, dangerously irresponsible piece, pretending that outdoor transmission is a significant risk and scaremongering that we have community transmission in Sydney

sarah_keoghan Woeful journalism

sarah_keoghan It's well-known that transmission outdoors is very rare and that indoor environments are much riskier. So why do you continue to stoke panic when it is much safer to be outdoors than indoors?

Asher_Wolf sarah_keoghan So in Victoria it’s Dans fault - in Sydney it’s the peoples fault. Got it 👍🏽

sarah_keoghan Such terrible no’s today with 18 positives from 26,000 tests. A huge 0.0007% A huge spike 🤪

sarah_keoghan FFS will you stop this incessant whinging, there is no need for this mindless crap, we have known for months it's not a dangerous virus, the few who died were average age 84 and all died of other things, meanwhile 86,000 others have died without notice

sarah_keoghan While they continue to talk about this made up virus by gates foundation and the WHO with the continue push of Agenda 21 now to move next to Agenda 30, No one talking about economicRe-Set and Human Trafficking

sarah_keoghan

sarah_keoghan

sarah_keoghan And that's because of the standard mixed messages from Scott Morrison: Stay at home but go to work Stay at home but take the kids to school Stay at home but go shopping Social distancing but get your hair done Schools are safe, I cannot be anymore clear than that.
