Hell, they can hardly get decent PHYSICAL health treatment. Maybe that should be addressed first. It's kinda hard to have a real sunny mental outlook when you are, technically, dead.

I remember a black mental health care worker, who ran after a kid in custody, police surrounded them, the worker laid on his back, hands in the air, the kid kept playing with a Tonka truck, which one cop called 'looks like a gun'. Worker explained it's a toy truck, got shot. 1/2
