Coronavirus updates: Test and trace is 'critical' for future - Matt Hancock - BBC NewsCan rules be changed in social bubbles for children with additional needs? asks Katie from Preston 'The more successful the test and trace scheme is, the more we'll safely be able to relieve other lockdown measures,' replies Matt Hancock My civic duty is to not have my data stored for 20 years and handed to private UK & American companies. I decline, to quote Tory Thatcherite philosophy, there is no such thing as society! The good old BBC leads with the negative aren’t you concerned a third didn’t respond, not are you pleased 2 thirds did. Maintaining lockdown will help to break the chain of transmission. Opening non-essential shops will increase the chain of transmission. I can't believe I have to say that.
