The Presidency, through President Muhammadu Buhari’s Special Assistant on New Media, Bashir Ahmad has expressed concern as Nigeria recorded 553 new cases of coronavirus., with 378 recorded in Lagos State.
This is the highest number of cases ever recorded in Nigeria since the outbreak of the novel coronavirus three months ago. Bashir Ahmad took to his Twitter page urging Nigerians to take responsibility by observing health guidelines to slow down the numbers.On his Twitter page, Ahmad wrote: “Things not looking good gaskiya, 553 new cases in Nigeria, 378 in Lagos alone. Taking responsibility is the only way that can slow down these numbers.
“Stay at home, when going out becomes necessary, wear a mask, observe social distancing and other NCDC guidelines. Let’s do it!”
If people can leave isolation center to celebrate sallah... Wetin remain again na, abeggi na naija we dey,, BUT NO MATTER DER RUNS, LETS ALSO PLAY OUT PART TO STAY SAFE.

We Nigerians are warning too, things are getting worse in the lockdown : going from hunger to frustration! These may leads to chaos that may be too late to control when you extend this lockdown.
I beg we don’t care again, let them open up the country who wan die make im die, who wan remain make them remain. When no tangible thing is done to curb it why will your figure be fine looking? Lockdown and waiting for miracle to fall from heaven is not a strategy.
