Pineapples are usually not on my weekly food list (T2 Diabetic). However, I do listen to my body & when it's craving pineapples, I eat a few small pieces. Sometimes once is enough, other times I may have to have it daily for a couple of days.

Mix fresh pineapple juice, raw garlic, raw ginger, fresh orange rind, and raw manuka honey in a Ninja or other food processor to boost the immune system

Pineapple is one of favorite fruits of mine. Always have it in the fridge along with banana and papaya. Other fruits I like are soursop and mango. All locals.
