What we're not being told is that many people are dying of underlying health issues who have tested positive for covid-19. But doctors cannot confirm if the cause of death was c19.

The trouble here is, is that the number of deaths being reported are from patients who were tested positive. It doesn't mean to say they died of Covid-19, they may have but it isn't conclusive. Also, the death rate for Jan, Feb, March 2020 is on par with 2019 figures. Explain?
