Health Ministry collecting nationwide data on Influenza A

Health Minister Dr Dzulkefly Ahmad data and information on Influenza A will be collected from all facilities under the ministry, as well as from the Education Ministry. – The Malaysian Insight file pic, January 20, 2020.

IN an effort to identify the total number of people that have contracted Influenza A across the country thus far, data from all facilities under the Health Ministry and related parties are being collected. Health Minister Dr Dzulkefly Ahmad said this would take a bit of time as “H1N1 is a seasonal disease and does not need to be notified”.
