Does talcum powder cause cancer? A legal and scientific battle ragesThe study, one of the largest on this topic to date, published Tuesday in the medical journal JAMA. It found there was no statistically significant association between genital talc use and ovarian cancer. However, the study notes it may have been"underpowered" to identify a small increase in risk in part because there weren't many cases of ovarian cancer among the women studied.
In 2006, the International Agency for Research in Cancer, which falls under the World Health Organization, classified the use of talc in the genital area as"possibly carcinogenic to humans," but this is considered its weakest classification as a cancer cause, meaning that the evidence isn't entirely clear. The American Cancer Society also says talc's relation to cancer"is less clear" and"findings have been mixed.
Lord, we can’t even rely on studies. Enough with the studies. I can show you a study that will oppose any other study that was ever studied. These same ass hats that study, are worshiped in DC and the media. Stop it with the studies. 🌈🦄
Who funded the study?
