I have a hard time finding trainers to work with me because I lock up with spasms like I’m turning into a werewolf w/out growing hair, nails and teeth! All the good stuff I need lol! Then joints lock up and pop on me too! Do you have any suggestions! Tried Aqua aerobics!

That’s just covering my spasms and I didn’t touch on everything with them. I can be watching tv and all of a sudden it feels like I’ve bn hot in the chest with a bat! It’ll floor me & then it’ll be gone like nothing happened in like 10 seconds!! It’s so much doctors need to know!

I have muscle spasms from the top of my head to my toes! My eyes, lips, throat, tongue, it feels like my brain, eyelids, neck, back, should, stomach, ribs, hands, arms, legs, buttocks, legs, toes, feet, and Private areas! Sometimes I forget how to swallow with them! Scary!

Washing up and pushing my teeth locks up my back and stomach. My muscles spasms in my stomach are so painful and large it feels like a large baby is moving in my stomach. That’s how big the spasms are! I mean you couldn’t even began to understand what repetitive movements do 2me!

I have fibromyalgia & qtime I exercise I end up in the bed or hospital. 1 time with rhabdomyolysis. I’ll keep trying and it keeps happens. I do low impact per doctor’s orders but hs my body attacks me w/severe painful muscle spasms. I’ll be sore & barely moving the next day!
